1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the La Casa de Mamà website (lacasademama.com) and dining services. La Casa de Mamà is a restaurant operating under Italian law, registered at Via della Croce 14, 00187 Rome, Italy.

2. Reservations

• Reservations are confirmed by email once received by our team. An online request is not a confirmed booking until you receive confirmation.
• We hold tables for 15 minutes past the booking time. After this, the table may be released.
• For groups of 8 or more, a credit card guarantee may be required.
• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance by emailing ciao@lacasademama.com or calling +39 06 123 4567.
• Late cancellations or no-shows for large group bookings (10+) may incur a charge of €25 per person.

3. Private Events

Private event bookings require a signed agreement and deposit. Specific terms will be provided at enquiry stage. The restaurant reserves the right to refuse bookings that do not align with our values.

4. Dietary Requirements & Allergens

While we make every effort to accommodate dietary requirements and allergens, our kitchen handles all major allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, shellfish, and soy. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please inform your server of any allergies or intolerances before ordering. Full allergen information is available on request.

5. Website Use

The content on this website — including text, images, and design — is owned by La Casa de Mamà and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content without written permission. Images of food, spaces, and people displayed on the site are used under licence or with permission.

6. Prices

All prices displayed on the website and in the menu are inclusive of Italian VAT (IVA) at the applicable rate. Prices are subject to change without notice. Seasonal menus and specials may differ from online listings.

7. Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. They cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or used to purchase other gift cards. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

8. Limitation of Liability

La Casa de Mamà is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our dining services, except where required by Italian or EU consumer law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy.
