Born in Rome,
raised with love.
It started with Mamà Elena and her Sunday lunches in Trastevere. The kind where time slows down, the wine flows freely, and the pasta is never anything short of perfect.
In 2018, we brought her recipes to the world. No shortcuts. No compromises. Every dish is made the way she taught us — from scratch, with patience, with heart.

Eight years of love.
The Idea is Born
Mamà Elena teaches her eldest daughter the art of pasta at her Trastevere kitchen. A single Sunday lunch changes everything.
We Open Our Doors
La Casa de Mamà opens with 18 seats, a salvaged oak table, and three pasta shapes. Fully booked on opening weekend.
Michelin Recommended
Despite a global pandemic we earn our first Michelin nod. The tiramisù, they said, was "worth the trip alone".
La Cantina Opens
We expand into a 40-seat wine cellar, hosting Italian winemakers, masterclasses, and intimate tasting dinners.
Gambero Rosso: 2 Forks
Italy's most prestigious guide awards us two forks. Mamà Elena cries. The whole team celebrates with Negroni Sbagliato.
Still Cooking with Love
Same Umbrian flour mill. Same family recipes. We still set each table as if expecting family for Sunday lunch.
Farm Fresh
Direct relationships with organic farms in Tuscany, Campania, and Calabria.
Handmade
Every pasta shape rolled by hand, every sauce stirred slowly on a low flame.
Italian Wine
A curated cellar of over 80 labels from small Italian estates and biodynamic producers.
Wood Fired
Our Neapolitan oven hits 480°C for a perfectly leopard-spotted crust in 90 seconds.
